Our Mandate

To minimize the gaps in our social service offerings by holding a safe space for connection, system navigation, and decolonized programming that is trauma-informed and culturally rooted to be responsive to the immediate needs of our community.

OFFERING LOW -BARRIER SAFE SPACE, EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMMING, COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE MID ISLAND AREA.

RISEBRIDGE acknowledges that we are guests on the unceded and ancestral territories of the Snuneymuxw, Stz’uminus, Snaw'naw'as, Kwakwaka’wakw and Qualicum first nations, allowing us to connect with communities in BC’s Interior, Lower Mainland, Central & Northern Vancouver Island. We are grateful for their care and wisdom of this land. RISEBRIDGE is committed to working towards reconciliation and the ongoing process of decolonization as we continue our work in the community.
